เป็นเวลาเกือบ 10 เดือนแล้วครับที่พวกเรามาประเทศไทยเพื่อเติมเต็มความฝันของพวกเรา ในที่สุดพวกเราก็ได้มาถึงวันที่เราจะได้พบกับความยุติธรรม กำหนดการขึ้นศาล จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม เวลา 9.00 น. ที่ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวกลาง ถนน กำแพงเพชร แขวง จตุจักร เขต จตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร 10900 พวกเรามีความเชื่อมั่นในความยุติธรรมของประเทศนี้ครับ ที่ผ่านมาพวกเราได้โดนดูถูกเหยียดหยาม และถูกให้ร้ายจากผู้หญิงสองคนนั้น ไม่กี่เดือนที่ผ่านมา คุณระรินทิพย์ ศิโรรัตน์ อธิบดีกรมกิจการเด็กและเยาวชน ได้เสนอให้พวกเราร้องขอสิทธิเลี้ยงดูคาร์เมนผ่านการใช้บทเฉพาะกาลตามมาตรา 56 และพวกเราก็ได้ยื่นคำร้องนี้ไป พวกเราได้พยายามทำทุกๆอย่างอย่างสุดความสามารถเพื่อที่จะเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ยและหาทางออกกับเรื่องนี้ รวมทั้งการไกล่เกลี่ยที่ถูกจัดขึ้นจากหน่วยงานรัฐบาล แต่ท้ายที่สุดพวกเขาก็ไม่มาร่วมการไกล่เกลี่ย นอกจากนี้เรายังได้ให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจสอบที่พัก สภาพความเป็นอยู่ ความสามารถของพวกเราในการเลี้ยงดูคาร์เมน ซึ่งผลก็ออกมาอย่างดีเยี่ยม และวันที่ 30 นี้ ความหวังในความยุติธรรมของพวกเราก็มาถึงแล้วครับ ครอบครัวของพวกเราเป็นที่ยอมรับในประเทศของพวกเรา และสมควรที่จะเป็นที่ยอมรับโดยทั่วไป พวกเราไม่ได้ทำอะไรผิด เพราะในตอนที่เรามาทำการอุ้มบุญ ตอนนั้นยังไม่มีกฎหมายห้าม และพวกเราไม่ได้ข้องเกี่ยวกับขบวนการค้ามนุษย์ พวกเราเป็นแค่ครอบครัวธรรมดา และเราก็ได้แสดงออกมาให้ทุกคนทั่วโลกได้เห็นกันแล้ว คาร์เมนเป็นเด็กที่มีความสุข และมีสุขภาพแข็งแรง แต่เราต้องการที่จะกลับบ้านไปหาครอบครัวของพวกเรา ซึ่งสื่อทั้งในและต่างประเทศทั่วโลก สื่อโทรทัศน์จากทั่วโลก รวมทั้งตัวแทนของสถานทูตฯอเมริกัน และผู้สังเกตุการณ์จากหลายประเทศ ได้ยืนยันที่จะมาร่วมในการฟังผลการตัดสินครั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นสักขีพยานว่าสิทธิมนุษยชนของเราได้รับการยอมรับ เนื่องจากประเทศไทยก็เป็นประเทศหนึ่งที่ได้ลงนามสนธิสัญญา เราจึงอยากจะเชิญชวนทีมคาร์เมนมาเจอกับแด๊ดดี้ ในเวลา 8.00-8.30 น. ก่อนที่เขาจะเข้าไปในศาล โดยมารวมตัวกันอย่างสงบและสันติ เพื่อแสดงพลังความรักและการสนับสนุนที่พวกคุณมีต่อคาร์เมน พวกเราจึงอยากจะขอเชิญพวกคุณครับ! ทุกเพศ ทุกวัย ไม่ว่าจะแต่งงานแล้วหรือจะเป็นโสด ครอบครัวทุกรูปแบบ และเด็กๆ มาร่วมกับเรา คุณสามารถทำโปสเตอร์ หรือการแสดงสัญลักษณ์ นำดอกไม้ หรือช่อดอกไม้ หรืออะไรก็ตามที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการสนับสนุนของพวกคุณ แต่ขอให้เป็นไปอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ให้เกียรติ และเป็นไปในทางบวกนะครับ ทั้งหมดนี้เพื่อคาร์เมน ความรัก และความสันติ พวกเราไม่ต้องการให้มีการแสดงออกในด้านลบ ในวันสำคัญนี้ ได้โปรดมาร่วมกันแสดงความรักที่คุณมีต่อคาร์เมนกันครับ ขอบคุณทุกๆ คนมากๆครับ Silent Peaceful Gathering of Love and Support to Help #BringCarmenHome Nearly 10 months after arriving in Thailand to fulfill our dream, we finally have a date with justice. We have not done anything wrong, we came when surrogacy was permitted and we have nothing to do with Human Trafficking. We are a normal family and we have demonstrated this to the world.
