एनआरएनए पोर्तुगलको गुण्डागर्दी बिरुद्ध हस्ताक्षर : पाँचौ पटक नेपाली कुटपिट गर्ने बरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष थापा सहित घटनामा संलग्न सबैलाई बर्खास्त गर्न स्वतन्त्र नागरिक समाजको अभियान

गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (एनआरएनए), राष्ट्रिय समन्वय परिषद पोर्तुगलका वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष भीमसेन थापा, कोषाध्यक्ष विक्रमजङ कुँवर र मनोनित सदस्य विशाल आचार्यले मिलन रेग्मी र रोशन उप्रेतीमाथि साङ्घातिक आक्रमण गरेका छन् । ७ जुन, २०२० , आइतबार उनीहरुले सिन्त्रामा रहेको एक नेपाली रेष्टुरेन्टमा साथीभाइ बसेर नेपाली परिकार खाइरहेको बेला रेग्मी र उप्रेतीलाई आक्रमण गरेका हुन् ।

थापाले केही बेर पनि कुरा नहुँदै हातपात गरेका थिए । घटनास्थलमै रहेका एनआरएनए सदस्य सुमन शर्मा चौलागाइँका अनुसार थापाले हात हालेपछि कुँवर र आचार्यले पनि दुईजनालाई आक्रमण गरेका थिए ।

आक्रमणबाट रेग्मीको कानको लोटी च्याट्टिएर रगताम्मे भएका थिए । हातगोडामासमेत चोटपटक लागेका उनको अलमादा अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ । उप्रेतीको खुट्टा, घुँडा र कुहिनामा चोटपटकसहित गहिरो दुखाइका कारण अस्पताल गएका थिए । उनी उपचारपछि घर फर्केका छन् ।

एनआरएनए पोर्तुगलका वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष भीमसेन थापाले मान्छे कुटेको पहिलो घटना भने होइन। उनले कतिलाई कुटे त्यसको लेखाजोखा छैन, तर समाजमा बाहिर आएका घटनामा नेपाली कुटेको यो पाँचौ घटना हो।

थापाले कार्यसमिति सदस्य हुदा ३ छुट्टाछुट्टै घटनामा ३ जना नेपालीलाई कुटेका थिए भने हालको बरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष पदमा दुई छुट्टाछुट्टै घटनामा ३ जना नेपालीलाई कुटेका छन्। आफ्नो बिरुद्धमा बोल्ने र लेख्नेलाई बाँकी नराख्ने धम्की दिने गरेका कारण कुटाई खाने डरले उपाध्यक्ष थापाको बिरुद्धमा पोर्चुगलको नेपाली समाजका अगुवाहरु बोल्न र लेख्न डराउछन्।

एनआरएनए पोर्तुगलका अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरेले मान्छे कुट्ने आफ्नै कार्यसमिति पदाधिकारीहरुलाई कारवाही गर्नुको सट्टा उल्टै बचाउने खेलमा लागेका छन्। घटनालाई भित्रभित्र सामसुम पार्ने र मिलापत्र गर्ने बारम्बार मारपिट गर्ने र संघको साख गिराउने काम गर्नेहरुलाई समेत बचाउने रणनीतिमा लागिपरेका छन्।

घटनाका पीडित रेग्मीले घटनालाई लिएर समाजमा अनेकौ प्रपोगन्डा सुनिएको उल्लेख गर्दै सत्यतथ्य र यथार्थपरक छानबीनसहित न्याय पाउने कुरामा आफू विश्वस्त रहेको बताएका छन् । समाज यसरी नै चल्छ भन्ने हो भने पोर्तुगलको नेपाली समाज ब्राजिल हुने बताउदै प्रतिशोधको भावना बढेर जाने सामाजिक सञ्जाल फेसबुकमा लेखेका छन् । उनले दोषीलाई कारबाही र पीडितलाई न्यायको पक्षमा सारा पोर्तुगलका नेपाली समुदाय एक ढिक्का भएर लाग्न आग्रह पनि गरेका छन् ।

संघका अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरे हल्का कागजात लेखेर घटनालाई थामथुम पार्न लागिपरेका छन्। तर यही घटनालाई लिएर एनआरएनए पोर्चुगलभित्र रडाको मच्चिएको छ।

संघका उपाध्यक्ष अशोक गुरुङले गलत कार्य गर्नेहरुलाई कार्वाही गर्नुको सट्टा उल्टै शक्तिको दुरुपयोग गर्दै पीडकलाई कार्बाही नगरी उल्टै उनीहरुकै समर्थन गर्ने, प्रसय दिंदा पीडकलाई झनै गलत कार्य गर्न हौसला मिलेको हुनाले अङ्कुश लगाउन अनुरोध गरेका छन् । नेतृत्वले संघको गरिमामा आँच आउने र बारम्बार नेपालीहरुलाई नै कुटपिट गर्नेहरुमाथि कारवाही नगरे संघभित्र बिद्रोह गर्ने बताएका छन्।

यस अघि पनि उपाध्यक्ष थापाले ९ फेब्रुअरीका दिन लिस्बनमा सम्पन्न एक म्युजिकल कन्सर्ट स्थलमा समाचार संकलन गर्न गएका पत्रकार तथा एनआरएनए सदस्य सवीन धितालमाथि पनि हातपात गरेका थिए । पोर्तुगलको नेपाली समुदायमा त्यो घटनाले निकै हलचल ल्याउनुको साथै संघ र त्यसको नेतृत्व निकै आलोचित बनेको थियो। जतिनै सुकै बिरोध भएपनि एनआरएनए अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरे तीन महिनासम्म घटनाको बारेमा मौन बस्दै उल्टै घटनाका पिडित धिताललाई नै दोषी देखाएर हातपात गर्ने थापालाई बचाउने काम गरेका थिए।

पत्रकार तथा संघका सदस्य धितालमाथि कुटपिट गरेको घटनाको उजुरी संघको केन्द्रमा पुगेको छ। केन्द्रले घटनाको छानविन गरिरहेको बिशेष श्रोतबाट खबर प्राप्त भएको छ।

हातपात गर्नेलाई कारबाही नहोउञ्जेल एनआरएनए पोर्तुगलको कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी:

गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ राष्ट्रिय समन्वय परिषद पोर्तुगलको कार्यालयमा ताला लागेको छ। संघको राजधानी लिस्बनको अन्जोसस्थित कार्यालयमा भेला भएका करिब २०० जना नागरिक समाजका युवाहरुले संघको कार्यालयमा एउटा सुचना टास्दै अनिश्चित समयको लागि ताला लगाई दिएका हुन् । नागरिक समाजका युवाहरूले कार्यालय ताला लगाउदै बरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष लगायत घटनामा संलग्न सबैलाई कारबाही नगरेसम्म ताला नखुल्ने बताएका छन्।

घटनापछि मारपिटमा संलग्न एनआरएनए पोर्तुगल निकै आलोचित बन्यो र मारपिटका घटनामा संलग्न पदाधिकारीहरुलाई कारवाही गर्नुपर्ने मागहरु जनस्तर र स्वयं घटनाका पिडितहरुले गरे। तर, अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरेले मान्छे कुट्ने आफ्नै कार्यसमिति पदाधिकारीहरुलाई कारवाही गर्नुको सट्टा उल्टै बचाउने खेलमा लागे।

उक्त आक्रमण भएको बिषयमा एनआरएनएमा पीडितले न्यायको निवेदन दर्खास्त गरेका थिए ।तर अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरेले कार्यसमितिलाई जानकारी नगराई सर्बपक्षिय बैठक भन्दै आफ्ना निकटतम अगुवाहरुलाई बोलाएर पीडितलाई डर धाक धम्कि दिएको खबर सार्वजनिक भएको छ । यस अघि सर्बपक्षिय बैठकमा घटना नमिल्ने हो भने सामाजिक अगुवाहरुलाई दिन गन्ती गन्न भन्दै सामाजिक संजाल मार्फत धम्की दिएका थिए।

घटनालाई भित्रभित्र सामसुम पार्ने र मिलापत्र गर्ने र बारम्बार मारपिट गर्ने र संघको साख गिराउने काम गर्नेहरुलाई समेत बचाउने रणनीतिमा निरन्तर लागिपरेपछि नागरिक समाजका युवाहरु आक्रोशित हुदै आज करिब ३ बजेतिर संघको कार्यालयमा पुगेका थिए।

संघको कार्यालयमा जम्मा भएका युवाहरुले अध्यक्ष गैरेले जानकारी गराएर कार्यालयमा छलफलका लागि आउन अनुरोध गरेतापनि अध्यक्ष गैरेले आउन आनाकानी गरे। त्यस्तै घटनाका आरोपित संघका बरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष थापालाई पनि सम्पर्क गरेर कार्यालयमा आउन अनुरोध गरेको नागरिक समाजका युवाहरु बताउछन। जति कोशिस गर्दा पनि अध्यक्ष गैरे र घटनाका आरोपित उपाध्यक्ष थापा छलफलको लागि संघको कार्यालयमा नआएपछि ३ घण्टासम्म कुरेर बसेका नागरिक समाजका युवाहरु आक्रोशित हुदै एक सुचना टाँस गर्दै संघको कार्यालयमा ताला लगाई दिएका हुन्।

संघका अध्यक्ष तिलक गैरेले हल्का कागजात लेखेर घटनालाई थामथुम पार्न लागिपरेका छन्। तर यही घटनालाई लिएर एनआरएनए पोर्चुगलभित्र भने ब्यापक रडाको मच्चिएको छ।

संघका उपाध्यक्ष अशोक गुरुङले गलत कार्य गर्नेहरुलाई कार्वाही गर्नुको सट्टा उल्टै शक्तिको दुरुपयोग गर्दै पीडकलाई कार्बाही नगरी उल्टै उनीहरुकै समर्थन गर्ने, प्रसय दिंदा पीडकलाई झनै गलत कार्य गर्न हौसला मिलेको हुनाले अङ्कुश लगाउन अनुरोध गरेका छन् । नेतृत्वले संघको गरिमामा आँच आउने र बारम्बार नेपालीहरुलाई नै कुटपिट गर्नेहरुमाथि कारवाही नगरे संघभित्र बिद्रोह गर्ने बताएका छन्।

समाजको सेवक "एनआरएनए" पदाधिकारीहरुले आफुलाई शाशक सम्झने र नेपालीहरुमाथि बारम्बार धाकधम्की, मारपिट र गालीगलौच गर्ने प्रबृत्तिको नागरिक समाज घोर भर्त्सना गर्दछ। समाजका माथि उल्लेखित घटनाका पीडकलाइ कारवाही र पिडितलाई न्याय दिन दवाव स्वरूप एनआरएनए पोर्तुगललाई नागरिक समाजका युवाहरुको आव्हानमा यो हस्ताक्षर अभियान चालिएको छ ।

हामी बिश्वभरका नेपालीहरुलाई यो पिटिसनमा हस्ताक्षर गरेर दबाव दिनहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौ। एनआरएनए पोर्तुगल भित्रको गुन्डागर्दीको अन्त्य गर्न, पीडकलाइ कारवाही गर्न र पिडितहरुलाई न्याय दिलाउन यो हस्ताक्षर अभियानमा सहभागी भईदिन हुन अनुरोध छ।

Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), National Coordinating Council Portugal Senior Vice President Bhimsen Thapa, Treasurer Bikram Jung Kunwar and nominated member Vishal Acharya have launched a deadly attack on Milan Regmi and Roshan Upreti. On Sunday, June 7, 2020, they attacked Regmi and Upreti while they were eating Nepali food at a Nepali restaurant in Sintra.

Thapa had beaten him without even talking for a while. According to NRNA member Suman Sharma Chaulagain, who was present at the spot, Kunwar and Acharya also attacked the two after Thapa shook hands.

Regmi's earlobe was licked and bloodied from the attack. He is undergoing treatment at Almada Hospital. Upreti was rushed to the hospital with severe pain in his legs, knees and elbows. He has returned home after treatment.

This is not the first time that NRNA Portugal's senior vice president Bhimsen Thapa has beaten people. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Thapa had beaten three Nepalis in three separate incidents when he was a member of the working committee, while the current senior vice-chairman has beaten three Nepalis in two separate incidents. NRNA is requested to participate in this signature campaign to end hooliganism within Portugal, prosecute the perpetrators and bring justice to the victims.
