ما ایرانیان ساکن خارج از کشور، روزها و هفته‌هاست که به‌دلیل قطع گسترده اینترنت و ارتباطات در ایران، قادر به تماس با خانواده‌ها و عزیزان‌مان نیستیم.
ما نمی‌دانیم حال آن‌ها چگونه است، آیا امن هستند، یا به کمک نیاز دارند.
این فقط یک مشکل فنی نیست.
این یک آسیب جدی انسانی و روانی است.
بی‌خبری از خانواده، ما را در اضطراب دائمی نگه داشته است.
زندگی، کار، تمرکز و خواب بسیاری از ما مختل شده است.
حق تماس با خانواده، حق دسترسی به اطلاعات و حق سلامت روان از حقوق بنیادین بشر هستند.
قطع عمدی ارتباطات، نقض آشکار این حقوق است.
ما از جامعه جهانی، سازمان ملل متحد، اتحادیه اروپا و دولت‌ها می‌خواهیم:
• برای پایان فوری قطع اینترنت و ارتباطات در ایران اقدام کنند
• این رفتار را به‌عنوان نقض حقوق بشر به رسمیت بشناسند
• حکومت ایران را تحت فشار مؤثر بین‌المللی قرار دهند تا حق ارتباط مردم را بازگرداند
این یک درخواست سیاسی نیست.
این فریاد انسان‌هایی است که فقط می‌خواهند صدای خانواده‌شان را بشنوند.

Internet shutdowns in Iran are cutting us off from our families — restore the right to communicate
Petition text:
We are Iranians living abroad who, for days and weeks, have been unable to contact our families in Iran due to widespread internet and communication shutdowns.
We do not know if our loved ones are safe, well, or in need of urgent help.
This is not a technical issue.
This is a serious human and psychological harm.
Being cut off from our families has placed many of us in constant fear and distress.
Our sleep, work, and mental well-being have been deeply affected.
The right to communicate with family, the right to information, and the right to mental health are fundamental human rights.
Deliberately shutting down communications is a clear violation of these rights.
We call on the international community, the United Nations, the European Union, and governments worldwide to:
• Act immediately to end internet and communication shutdowns in Iran
• Recognize these shutdowns as human rights violations
• Apply effective international pressure to restore the people’s right to communicate
This is not a political demand.
It is the voice of human beings who simply want to hear their families again.

Les coupures d’internet en Iran nous arrachent à nos familles — rétablissez le droit de communiquer
Texte de la pétition :
Nous sommes des Iraniens vivant à l’étranger. Depuis des jours et des semaines, nous sommes dans l’impossibilité de contacter nos familles en Iran en raison des coupures massives d’internet et des communications.
Nous ne savons pas si nos proches vont bien, s’ils sont en sécurité ou s’ils ont besoin d’aide.
Ce n’est pas un problème technique.
C’est une atteinte grave aux droits humains et à la santé psychologique.
Être privés de nouvelles de nos familles nous plonge dans une angoisse permanente.
Notre sommeil, notre travail et notre équilibre mental sont profondément affectés.
Le droit de communiquer avec sa famille, le droit à l’information et le droit à la santé mentale sont des droits humains fondamentaux.
Les coupures intentionnelles des communications constituent une violation claire de ces droits.
Nous appelons la communauté internationale, les Nations Unies, l’Union européenne et les gouvernements à :
• Agir immédiatement pour mettre fin aux coupures d’internet et de communications en Iran
• Reconnaître ces coupures comme des violations des droits humains
• Exercer une pression internationale efficace afin de rétablir le droit du peuple à communiquer
Ce n’est pas une revendication politique.
C’est l’appel d’êtres humains qui veulent simplement entendre la voix de leurs proches.
