ًGreetings; António Guterres

Whereas the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the individuals misrepresenting us at the so called Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic in Iran; as publicized in 2020/Jul meeting with the Foreign Ministry of Republic of China is supposed to be at least based on diplomatic protocols governing are the constitutions of the signatory states,

Whereas our nation has not delegated our national sovereignty and territorial integrity to the current tyrants in Iran; the Islamic Republic - and the above mentioned MoU in particular in accordance to the regime’s own so called articles 56 to 62 our national sovereignty is not in ownership of the regime and is “protected by God”; we thereby also assert the territorial integrity of Iran is also within the rights of the future Iranians who have not yet been born, and that any such long-term agreements of the tyrannical regime of the Islamic Republic in Iran with Russia and China is explicitly and only the right of our national and sovereign state of we the people of Iran and the Iranians; hence we request condemnation and hereby annule the MoU and similar agreements which jeopardizes or may implicitly compromise our national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
 

Whereas article 153 of the so-called constitution of the Islamic Republic in Iran states: "Any contract which causes foreign domination of the natural and economic resources, culture, army and other affairs of the country is prohibited"; also under international law, regimes are prohibited from entering secretive and non transparent agreements as is the case with MoU with China under the pretext of being confidential; the Iranian people have not been made aware of provisions of the MoU, hence the individuals who have usurped the foreign ministry in Iran have no rights of domination over our the ancient land of Iran nor can they represent to delegate now nor in the near and the distant future any and all agreements with any and all nations which compromises implicitly and explicitly the situations which may strane our relation with the countries worldwide. We the people of Iran sternly warn of the severity of such lopsided agreements.
 

Whereas article 125 of the so called constitution of the tyrannical Islamic Republic in Iran states: "the signing of treaties and agreements, and agreements and contracts of the Iranian government with other governments, as well as the signing of treaties related to international treaties requires the approval of the legislative with the office of the executive or it’s legal representative" and article 77 of the same states that the "International covenants, agreements, contracts and treaties must be ratified" also according to it’s article 69 "Negotiations of the consultative assembly must be public and its report must be publicized it’s media; radio and official newspaper for the public information" thereby all short and long-term agreements by the leaders of tyrannical Islamic Republic regime with China and Russia; has not been ratified by the consultative assembly nor has been publicized; hence such secrecy by default is usurp Iranian national sovereignty and such transfer of public property rights is breach of Iranian’s territory integrity and cause for colonial domination of an ancient country of Iran, and such contravention of world order challenges sanctuary of regional peace. The authorities in China and Russia should be informed so that they can also annul the same.
 

Whereas the inalienable national sovereignty of Iranians and the territorial integrity of her public property right has never been and is not and will not be traded with any country; litigation is underway in international forums and pertinent judiciary.
 

Hence we hereby proclaim null and void China CCCP MoU with Islamic Republic in Iran; call for action by the international organizations, institutions, embassies and foreign ministries and their affiliated offices of the European Union, the United States, and China and Russia are now made aware and forewarned to take immediate action.
