نحن، مجموعة من النشطاء والناشطات السوريين، نُدين بأشد العبارات صمت الحكومة الانتقالية بقيادة أحمد الشرع تجاه الجرائم المستمرة والانتهاكات الممنهجة، التي تستهدف بشكل مباشر مكوّنًا محددًا من مكونات الشعب السوري. لقد تجاوزنا اليوم مرحلة الإنكار، ودخلنا مرحلة الخطر الفعلي، حيث باتت جرائم الخطف والسبي بحق نساء من الساحل السوري، وحمص، وريف حماة تتكرر بشكل مرعب أمام أعين الجميع، دون أن يصدر عن الحكومة الانتقالية أي موقف رسمي، أو إجراء رادع، أو حتى تصريح يُطمئن الضحايا وذويهم.
ما يحدث ليس حالات فردية، بل نهج منظم يضرب عمق المجتمع السوري*، ويُستخدم فيه جسد المرأة كسلاح لإذلال مكون بأكمله، وسط تجاهل وصمت رسمي يُشكّل شراكة ضمنية في هذه الجريمة. لقد عملنا على تقديم وثائق وتقارير مباشرة إلى الجهات المختصة، وعلى رأسها الأمن العام، ولكن *حتى هذه اللحظة لم يتم اتخاذ أي خطوة حقيقية ولا صدر أي توضيح رسمي. إن نساءنا اليوم يُخطفن في وضح النهار، ويُعرضن للبيع والانتهاك، ومن بينهن *طفلات لا تتجاوز أعمارهن الرابعة عشرة*، ومع ذلك لا صوت يُسمع، ولا ضمير يُستنهض. بناءً عليه، فإننا نطالب بما يلي:
 1. فتح تحقيق دولي محايد تحت إشراف منظمات حقوق الإنسان الدولية، وبمشاركة مراقبين دوليين. 

. 2. محاسبة كل من يثبت تورطه في هذه الجرائم بحق النساء، سواء بالتنفيذ أو بالتواطؤ أو بالصمت.

 3. تحميل الحكومة الانتقالية كامل المسؤولية عن أي تقصير أو تغاضٍ أو تأخير في اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة. 

4. دعوة الدول الفاعلة والضامنة لاستقرار سوريا، إلى ممارسة ضغط مباشر على الحكومة الانتقالية لضمان حماية كافة مكونات الشعب السوري، دون تمييز أو تسييس أو تبرير. نختم بياننا هذا بنداء إنساني وأخلاقي، نرفعه إلى الضمائر الحية في كل مكان: ما لم يتحرك العالم اليوم، فغدًا سيكون متأخرًا جدًا. العدالة لا تُؤجَّل… والسكوت اليوم خيانة. مجموعة من النشطاء والناشطات السوريين

Statement by a Group of Syrian Activists

We, a group of Syrian activists, strongly condemn the silence of the Transitional Government, led by Ahmad Shar’a, in the face of the ongoing crimes and systematic violations specifically targeting one particular component of the Syrian people.

We have now moved beyond the stage of denial and entered a phase of real danger. Kidnappings and acts of sexual enslavement against women from Syria’s coastal regions, Homs, and rural Hama are being repeated in horrifying fashion before everyone’s eyes — yet the Transitional Government has issued no official stance, taken no deterrent action, nor even offered a statement to reassure the victims and their families.

What is happening is not isolated or random — it is an organized pattern that strikes at the very core of Syrian society. Women's bodies are being weaponized to humiliate an entire community, while official silence and inaction amount to implicit complicity in these crimes.

We have submitted direct documentation and reports to the relevant authorities, including the General Security Directorate, yet to this day, no serious action has been taken, and no official clarification has been issued.

Our women are being kidnapped in broad daylight. They are being sold, abused, and violated — some of them are young girls no older than fourteen. And still, there is no outcry. No conscience stirred.

Based on the above, we demand the following:

The immediate launch of a neutral international investigation under the supervision of international human rights organizations, with the participation of international observers.

The prosecution of all individuals found to be involved in these crimes against women, whether through direct action, complicity, or silence.

Holding the Transitional Government fully accountable for any negligence, disregard, or delay in taking the necessary measures.

Urging the active and guarantor states for Syria’s stability to exert direct pressure on the Transitional Government to ensure the protection of all components of the Syrian people — without discrimination, politicization, or justification.

We conclude this statement with a moral and humanitarian plea — a call to the living consciences around the world:

If the world does not act today, tomorrow may be far too late.
Justice must not be delayed... Silence today is complicity.
