طومار جمع‌آوری امضا برای آزادی زندانیان سیاسی-عقیدتی آسیب‌پذیر در ایران

ما، امضا کنندگان این طومار، جمعی از شهروندان و دلسوزان ایران، بر خود وظیفه می‌دانیم که صدای بی‌صداترین‌ها باشیم و خواستار آزادی فوری و بی‌قید و شرط تمامی زندانیان سیاسی - عقیدتی هستیم

حمله غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی اسرائیل به زندان اوین و نحوه‌ی مدیریت وقایع پس از آن، عمق بی‌پناهی زندانیان را آشکار کرد و بر نگرانی‌های ما درباره‌ی حفظ جان آن‌ها افزود. با استناد به اطلاعات موجود و گزارش‌های متعدد از وضعیت نگران‌کننده‌ی زندان‌های کشور، به‌ویژه در قبال افراد آسیب‌پذیر، ما خواستار آزادی فوری گروه‌های زیر هستیم

 یک: زندانیان بالای ۷۰ سال 

 دو: زندانیان دارای بیماری‌های مزمن و صعب‌العلاج (نظیر سرطان، ام‌اس، بیماری‌های قلبی و کلیوی) 

 سه: زنان بارداری که تداوم حبس در شرایط نامناسب بهداشتی و روانی زندان، تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت جسمی و روانی آن‌ها و جنین‌شان محسوب می‌شود

 چهار: مادرانی که دارای فرزند زیر ۵ سال هستند؛ زیرا حضور آنان در کنار کودک، در محیطی سالم، برای سلامت روان و رشد طبیعی کودک حیاتی است

 پنج: زندانیان دارای معلولیت جسمی یا اختلالات روانی، که فقدان زیرساخت‌ها و حمایت‌های لازم در زندان‌ها، آنان را در معرض رنج و شکنجه‌ی روزمره قرار داده است

ما تاکید می‌کنیم که تداوم بازداشت این افراد، با اصول انسانی، اخلاقی، حقوق بشری، معاهدات بین‌المللی که ایران به آن‌ها پیوسته است، و در مواردی حتی با آیین دادرسی کیفری کشور در تضاد آشکار است

ما خواهان دسترسی فوری و مستمر زندانیان به خدمات درمانی و شرایط انسانی مناسب تا زمان آزادی کامل آن‌ها هستیم

ما هشدار می‌دهیم که بی‌توجهی به سلامت و کرامت این افراد، مسئولیت اخلاقی و حقوقی مستقیمی را متوجه حکومت و نهادهای مسئول می‌سازد

ما یادآور می‌شویم که آزادی افراد آسیب‌پذیر نه امتیازی از سر لطف، بلکه ضرورتی انسانی، حقوقی و اخلاقی است

بنابراین از  شورای عالی امنیت ملی و رئیس قوه قضاییه می‌خواهیم هر چه سریعتر قبل از پایان تابستان امسال به آزادی بی‌قید و شرط ۵ گروه بالا بپردازند

Petition for the Release of Vulnerable Political Prisoners and Prisoners of Conscience in Iran

We, the undersigned—citizens and concerned individuals of Iran—consider it our moral responsibility to be the voice of the voiceless and call for the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.

The unlawful and inhumane attack by Israel on Evin Prison, along with the authorities’ handling of the events that followed, revealed the depth of the prisoners’ vulnerability and heightened our concern for their safety and wellbeing. Based on available reports and numerous accounts of the dire conditions in Iranian prisons—especially for vulnerable detainees—we urge the authorities to prioritize the immediate release of the following groups:

1. Prisoners over the age of 70
2. Prisoners suffering from chronic and life-threatening illnesses, including cancer, multiple sclerosis, and heart or kidney disease
3. Pregnant women, for whom continued incarceration under inadequate sanitary and psychological conditions poses serious risks to both their own health and that of their unborn children
4. Mothers of children under the age of five, whose presence in a healthy and stable environment is essential to the mental wellbeing and natural development of their children
5. Prisoners with physical disabilities or mental health disorders, who are subjected to daily suffering due to the lack of adequate infrastructure and medical support in detention facilities

We affirm that the continued detention of these individuals stands in clear violation of fundamental human, ethical, and legal principles. It contravenes international treaties to which Iran is a signatory and, in many cases, even Iran’s own criminal procedure laws.

We call for the immediate and uninterrupted access of all prisoners to appropriate medical care and humane living conditions until their full release is secured.

We warn that neglecting the health, dignity, and rights of these individuals imposes direct moral and legal responsibility on the government and all relevant authorities.

We emphasize that the release of vulnerable prisoners is not an act of mercy or privilege—it is a legal, ethical, and humanitarian imperative.

Accordingly, we urge the Supreme National Security Council and the Head of the Judiciary to act without delay and ensure the unconditional release of the above five groups before the end of this summer.
