Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցությունը հորդորում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը եւ քաղաքական կուսակցություններին միանալ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի արեւմտյան համանախագահներին ուղղված մեր խնդրանքին՝ միջազգային խաղաղապահ ուժեր տեղակայել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում, ապահովելու համար արցախահայության ազգային ինքնորոշման եւ բուն կյանքի իրավունքները, հաստատելով կայուն եւ տեւական խաղաղություն տարածաշրջանում։

Մենք այս հորդորի ներքո հայտարարում ենք ստորագրահավաք՝ այսօրվանից մինչեւ օգոստոսի 11-ը` Հայոց Նավասարդի օրը, երբ հանձնելու ենք նամակը ԱՄՆ եւ Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատներին։
2022 թ․ օգոստոսի 11-ը կամ բուն հայկական տոմարով 4515 թվականի առաջին օրը մեր մեծագույն եւ հիմնադիր ազգային տոնն է՝ Բելի հանդեպ մեր Նահապետ Հայկի տարած հաղթանակի տարեդարձը։ Այդ օրը ծնվեց Հայոց Ազգը, մարտահրավեր նետելով կայսերական գաղութարար Բաբելոնին եւ հաղթելով։ Դարեր ու հազարամյակներ շարունակ հայության ազգային առաքելությունն է եղել դիմադրել եւ հաղթահարել զավթիչներին ծանրագույն անհավասար պայքարում։ Հենց Հայոց Նավասարդի օրը` օգոստոսի 11-ին ենք մենք հորդորում հայ հասարակությանը դիմել մեր իրական դաշնակիցներին օգնության խնդրանքով։ Միայն այսպես` քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի հետ միասին, մենք կդիմադրենք եւ կհաղթահարենք նոր Բաբելոնի մարտահրավերը։

Fellow citizens!
The European Party of Armenia calls on the civil society and democratic parties of the country to join our appeal to the Western Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on the introduction of international peacekeeping forces into the Karabakh conflict zone, in order to ensure the rights of the Artsakh Armenians and the nation to life and self-determination, as well as to establish lasting peace in the region.
Under this call, we are announcing a collection of signatures until August 11, when Navasard, the ancient Armenian holiday of the New Year, 4515 according to the national calendar, is celebrated. On this day, we will deliver this message to the embassies of the United States and France - the Western co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
The Armenian Navasard is dedicated to the date of the victory of our legendary patriarch Hayk over Bel, the tyrant of Babylon. This is the first and main celebration of the political birth and self-determination of the Armenian people, who challenged despotism and defeated it. Since then, the struggle against tyrants for freedom and independence has determined the historical path of Armenia for millennia - resistance to dictators and murderers in an endless unequal struggle.
That is why we call on the Armenian society on the day of Navasard, August 11th, to seek help from our true ally. Only in this way, together with the civilized world, will we be able to survive and win in the fight against the new Babylon.

Dear friends!
On behalf of the civil society and democratic parties of Armenia, we appeal to you:
Resume the work of the Minsk Group on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict and deploy an international peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh as soon as possible - in order to respect human rights to life, the right of nations to self-determination, and the establishment of lasting peace in the region.
