Le modèle danois: le Danemark a déjà commencé à autoriser ceux qui ont des copines / copains de longue durée au Danemark, quel que soit le pays d'origine, à condition qu'ils subissent un test de coronavirus négatif <3 jours avant l'arrivée, au plus tard le 27 juin.
Il devrait s'agir d'une politique au niveau de l'UE, en particulier compte tenu de la volonté apparente de la Commission de normaliser les procédures d'entrée et les exemptions. Nous demandons que les retrouvailles entre couples non mariés soient considérées comme un motif essentiel d'entrée en provenance de pays tiers, et au vu de l'ordonnance du ministre de la santé du 28 mars 2020, en concertation avec le ministre des infrastructures et des transports, de l'ordonnance du 22 mars 2020 adoptée conjointement par le ministre de la santé et le ministre de l'intérieur et l'arrêté du Premier ministre du 22 mars 2020; le citoyen non européen à subir une quarantaine de jours 14 et atteint la destination où il passe la période d'isolement sur le syndic sans avoir utilisé les transports en commun et, si nécessaire, exhiber un certificat attestant qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un résultat de test positif COVID- 19, ce dernier doit avoir été effectué au maximum 72 heures avant l'arrivée.
