Накануне у здания «Белтелерадиокомпании» прошла акция протеста. Она собрала около тысячи человек, которые скандировали «Хватит врать» и «Скажите людям правду». По оценке сотрудника холдинга, осветителя Владимира Титоренко, к забастовке готовы присоединиться большинство его коллег.

Ранее к протестам в республике, начавшимся после президентских выборов, присоединились рабочие десятков крупнейших белорусских предприятий. Часто из них объявила забастовку. 

The Belarus journalists Union confirmed the state television staff intention to go on strike

The day before, a protest was held at the Belteleradiocompany building. It gathered about a thousand people who chanted "Stop lying" and " Tell people the truth." According to the state holdin employee, lighting designer Vladimir Titorenko, most of his colleagues are ready to join the strike.

Earlier, major Belarusian enterprises dozens workers joined the protests in the Republic that began after the presidential election. Some of them went on strike.
