[Bosanski] Milorad Dodik, aktuelni član Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine, već dugi niz godina narušava mir i sigurnost svih građana države Bosne i Hercegovine. To čini svojom retrogradnom politikom i ličnim stavovima i izjavama, koje su gotovo uvijek usmjerene protiv nesrpskog stanovništva u BiH. Mi smo jedina država na svijetu čiji predsjednik negira svoju državu.

Posljednjim događajima vezanim za Milorada Dodika i njegovo negiranje genocida u Srebrenici, te Dodikovim najavama o otcjepljenju manjeg bh. entiteta od države Bosne i Hercegovine, uvelike je ugrožena sigurnost svih građana BiH, a to možemo okarakterizirati kao državni udar, od strane samog predsjednika, kako bi se prikrile njegove kriminalne radnje.

Svima je već poznato da gospodin Milorad Dodik čini ove i mnoge druge destruktivne poteze za Bosnu i Hercegovinu i budućnost njenih građana, jer želi da prikrije sve zločine iza kojih stoji u proteklih 30 godina.

Nedavni događaji u vezi sa Miloradom Dodikom, predsjednikom Republike Srpske (RS), izazvali su značajnu zabrinutost u pogledu poštovanja Dejtonskog mirovnog sporazuma. Nakon nedavne osude i presude Suda Bosne i Hercegovine za separatističke aktivnosti, Dodik je pokrenuo mjere koje dodatno osporavaju ustavni okvir zemlje.

U potezu koji je eskalirao tenzije, Narodna skupština RS, pod uticajem Dodika, donijela je zakon kojim se državnim institucijama, uključujući Državnu agenciju za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA), efektivno zabranjuje djelovanje na teritoriji RS. Ovom zakonodavnom akcijom nastoji se odbaciti autoritet centralnog bosanskog pravosuđa i policijskih agencija u RS, čime se potkopavaju jedinstvene pravne i sigurnosne strukture uspostavljene Dejtonskim sporazumom.

Ovakve radnje se široko smatraju kršenjem Dejtonskog mirovnog sporazuma, koji je osmišljen da osigura suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Bosne i Hercegovine uz davanje značajne autonomije njenim entitetima. Ometajući funkcije državnih institucija, ove mjere ugrožavaju delikatan odnos snaga i rizikuju destabilizaciju regiona.

Međunarodna zajednica je izrazila duboku zabrinutost zbog ovih događaja. Sjedinjene Države su, posebno, proširile sankcije pojedincima i entitetima povezanim s Dodikom, navodeći napore da se potkopaju mirovni sporazumi i ustavni poredak zemlje.

U svjetlu ovih okolnosti, ponovo otvaram ovu peticiju, koja je imala više od 48.000 potpisa prije ponovnog otvaranja 6. marta 2025. godine.

Još jednom vas pozivam da odgovorite na vrijeme za dobrobit svih nas. Bolje je preventivno djelovanje nego destruktivno.

Potrebne su hitne reakcije državnih i svjetskih institucija kako bi se očuvao mir u Bosni i Hercegovini.

Pomozite građanima Bosne i Hercegovine da konačno počnu živjeti normalnim životom.

[English] Milorad Dodik, the current member of the presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been violating the peace and security of all citizens of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina for many years. It does so with its retrograde politics and personal views and statements, which are almost always directed against the non-Serb population in BiH. We are the only country in the world whose president denies his own state.

With the latest events related to Milorad Dodik and his denial of the genocide in Srebrenica, and Dodik's announcements of the secession of the smaller BiH entity from the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the security of all citizens of BiH has been greatly compromised, and we can characterize this as a coup d'etat, by the president himself, in order to cover up his criminal and other illegal activities.

Everyone already knows that Mr. Milorad Dodik is making these and many other destructive moves for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the future of its citizens, because he wants to cover up all the crimes he has been behind for the past 30 years.

Recent events involving Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska (RS), have raised significant concerns about compliance with the Dayton Peace Agreement. Following his recent conviction and sentence by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for separatist activities, Dodik has initiated measures that further challenge the country's constitutional framework.

In a move that has escalated tensions, the RS National Assembly, influenced by Dodik, has passed a law that effectively bans state institutions, including the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), from operating on the territory of RS. This legislative action seeks to reject the authority of the central Bosnian judiciary and police agencies within RS, thereby undermining the unique legal and security structures established by the Dayton Agreement.

Such actions are widely seen as a violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which was designed to ensure the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina while granting significant autonomy to its entities. By obstructing the functions of state institutions, these measures threaten the delicate balance of power and risk destabilizing the region.

The international community has expressed deep concern about these events. The United States, in particular, has expanded sanctions on individuals and entities associated with Dodik, citing efforts to undermine the peace agreements and the country's constitutional order.

In light of these circumstances, I am reopening this petition, which had more than 48,000 signatures before its reopening on March 6, 2025.

I once again urge you to respond in a timely manner for the benefit of all of us. Preventive action is better than destructive.

Urgent reactions of state and world institutions are needed in order to preserve peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Help the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to start living a normal life, finally.
