Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust (ŌCHT) needs to replace Zhang Wang's  garden at their cost in full - and that the replaced garden be acceptable to Zhang Wang but acknowledging her neighbours rights as well. All costs of building/developing and planting the new garden to be carried by Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust (ŌCHT)
