We, the employees of the various Omnicom agencies, demand that Omnicom CEO John Wren put our health, safety and well being first and foremost - above all else - by immediately mandating that all agency offices be closed, that every single employee be required to work from home and that all employee travel - domestic and international - be firmly prohibited once and for all.

Omnicom's refusal to put forward firm mandates has not only put each of us at greater risk for contracting the Coronavirus, but society as a whole - as it has become increasingly clear that social distancing and self-isolation are the only ways that its spread can be slowed - and that doctors, nurses and hospitals can be given a fighting chance to combat it - as the virus manifests exponentially across the globe.

Additionally, we demand that Omnicom immediately increase paid sick leave days for every employee and take whatever other steps necessary to ensure and secure our financial well being during this turbulent time.
