BlueCo out of Chelsea Football Club

The Issue

Since the takeover in 2022, Chelsea Football Club has undergone a radical and experimental shift in ownership under the BlueCo consortium (led by Clearlake Capital and Todd Boehly). While promises were made to maintain the club’s status at the pinnacle of European football, the reality on the ground has been a steady decline in standards, culture, and financial stability.

1. FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT
Historic Losses: The club recently posted a £262.4m pre-tax loss for the 24/25 season - the highest ever recorded in the Premier League.
Debt Levels: BlueCo has saddled the club with approximately £1.39bn in debt to fund a chaotic transfer strategy that has seen over £1.5bn spent with no clear plan.
Asset Stripping: To balance the books, the owners have resorted to selling off vital club assets, including the Chelsea Women’s team and club hotels, to sister companies. We are being run like a hedge fund, not a football club.

2. THE COLLAPSE OF ON-PITCH STANDARDS
Mid-Table Mediocrity: Despite record spending, the team is currently 9th in the league, recently suffering six consecutive losses - our worst run since 1993.
Managerial Chaos: The club is now searching for its sixth manager in four years. The recent sacking of Liam Rosenior after only 107 days proves there is no long-term sporting vision.
The "Data over DNA" Problem. Legendary staff and homegrown players are being pushed out in favour of a "data-led" model that ignores the soul and winning culture of Chelsea.

3. DISCONNECT FROM THE FANS
Broken Trust: The Chelsea Supporters’ Trust (CST) has officially warned that fan trust is at an "all-time low" due to a lack of transparency and rising costs for loyal match-goers.
The Feeder Club Model: BlueCo’s multi-club ownership (including Strasbourg) is a distraction that turns Chelsea into a player-trading hub rather than a club focused on trophies.

If the owners cannot uphold the standards of excellence this badge demands, then there is only one solution remaining:

Sell the club to someone who will.

OUR ULTIMATUM:
No more excuses.
No more asset-stripping.
No more mid-table mediocrity.
YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT STAMFORD BRIDGE.
IT’S TIME TO GO.
