At the Freedom Exchange and Wellness Center, all services are provided at no charge. From mental health support groups to computer, mailing, and printing services to community exchange programs and essential resources.

Our mission is rooted in making empowerment and opportunity accessible to everyone, regardless of income or background.

Here, freedom means eliminating financial barriers so individuals of all ages, races, genders, and identities can access care and connections. Unlike traditional community centers that focus primarily on recreation, the Freedom Exchange is centered on restoration, resilience, and radical support by placing healing at the heart of everything we do.

We prioritize the fundamental belief that wellness is a right, not a privilege.

The Final Act has come! With all the chaos and despair going on in the world, there is only one situation. Do or Die! 

The Freedom Exchange and Wellness Center is a visionary hub designed to:

• Revitalize economically distressed areas by transforming a vacant building located at 777 Main Street, Memphis, TN 38106, into a center of healing, resource-sharing, and collaboration.
• Provide accessible mental health services that meet SAMHSA guidelines and prioritize trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
• Facilitate a community-driven barter and trade system that empowers residents to exchange goods, services, and talents to meet daily needs without financial strain.
• Offer wellness programs including peer support, holistic care, skill-building workshops, and youth development initiatives.
• Restore social connection and reduce isolation, promoting a thriving environment where every individual feels seen, valued, and supported.

Why This Matters:

In the face of rising economic inequality, social disconnection, and mental health crises, the Freedom Exchange and Wellness Center offers a sustainable, community-rooted solution that is a universal connection; a worldwide agenda; and a call for action. 

We Call On:

• City and county leadership to approve zoning, funding, and policy support for this initiative.
• Local businesses, churches, residents, and organizations to partner in resource-sharing and sponsorship.
• Philanthropic and federal grant-makers that will invest in this model of healing-centered community development.
