All the users of Sony headphones have to cope with the noise canceling not working, or white noise heard during a call on the headphones.

The issues are introduced by the Sidetone function. That makes the headphones almost useless for calls in noisy environments. In quiet environments the user is faced with a very distracting white noise/hiss. 
If Sony adds the option to turn off the Sidetone function on all their headphones (as already possible for their WF1000-XM5 and Inzone Buds), thousands of users could benefit . It‘s just a software update. 

Sony, free all your headphones from this known flaw. Give us a working product for the price we paid.
