two days ago, i was sexually harassed by a security guard at Stadium Women's Shelter who works for the security company "Arrow Security". 

since then, he has not been reprimanded and there has been no accountability which seems to only have emboldened him in his misconduct. 

he is constantly retaliating and trying to intimidate me. this is why men shouldn't be in women's shelters at all. this is also why all staff in women's shelters should be required to undergo bi-annual or more frequent sexual harassment trainings-- to prevent this kind of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. 

please sign my petition calling for this security guard's immediate removal and termination from The Stadium Women's Shelter in The Bronx, NYC. 

if you have the capacity, please also call The Stadium and Arrow Security to demand his firing and accountability for all guard and staff who commit harms against shelter tenants. 

just yesterday, my roommate was sexually assaulted by a guard who was sent home. but this guard has seen no accountability; he was back on my floor the next day! today, his retaliation and misconduct are outrageous and at a whole new level of impunity.
