This not only diminishes our trust but also affects the livelihoods of thousands who depend on Amazon for their businesses and daily needs. It seems that Amazon has shifted its focus away from maintaining the standard of service that once set it apart in the market.
By averaging various sources, about 65% of customers reported dissatisfaction with delivery times and customer service in 2026, compared to just 35% in 2023. These figures highlight the urgent need for Amazon to address these issues or consider stepping back and allowing other platforms to rise and serve customers better.
We call upon Amazon's leadership to reflect on its commitment to consumers and business partners by restoring the high standards of service members of its community have come to expect. This includes ensuring timely deliveries, enhancing customer service responsiveness, and understanding the unique needs of the market.
