Gun violence is out of control in America but it's clearly not the gun, but the person pulling the trigger.

Legal gun owners are under more scrutiny than those who are actually committing violent gun crimes.

There is only one way to curb or even end gun violence and that is to make it very illegal!

I want a law that makes any crime committed using a gun result in a minimum 30 year sentence with no chance for parole. Any use of a gun resulting in the death of another person is mandatory life sentence with no possibility of parole.

Clearly this will all but end the gun violence in America.
