Fake encores.We've had enough of em. They are so absolute B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T that we've launched a campaign to put a stop to this ridiculous show biz ritual once and for all. You've probably borne witness to a fake encore before but might not have realised it. It's when a band "pretends" to finish their set and then goes to the dressing room or crouches down out of sight at the side of the stage like a caveman doing a shit waiting to be clapped back onstage to do an encore. Except that they have planned this encore and even save some of their best songs for this ridulous ressurection of their set. It's a staged farce and we fucking well want the magic back! So next time a band finish their set, if they start walking back on stage, do your bit and tell em you don't want more! It's not more anyway, they were always gunna do it. Spontaneous moments should not be scripted. It's like a caveman wearing a digital watch with a Sainsburys bag for life on his head.
