W. Melling is a distinguished legal professional and public servant with a strong educational and professional background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Southern Utah University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa. Melling began his career as an Estate Planning Attorney at Melling Law, P.C., and later became the Co-Managing Partner at Rural Utah Estate Planning Resource Center. He has also served as General Counsel at Velocity Builders and has been actively involved in local government as a Councilmember for Cedar City. In addition to his legal practice, Melling is committed to education, working as an Adjunct Professor and Legal Studies Coordinator at Southern Utah University. His diverse roles highlight his dedication to both his community and his profession.
