Vincent J. Polistina is a Republican politician serving in the New Jersey Senate from the 2nd district since 2021. Born on June 10, 1971, in Galloway Township, he graduated from Absegami High School and earned a degree in Bioenvironmental Engineering from Rutgers University. Polistina is the owner of Polistina & Associates, an engineering firm specializing in water and wastewater systems. He previously served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2008 to 2012 as Deputy Republican Leader. Polistina has been recognized for his community service and legislative achievements, including being named "Legislator of the Year" by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He resides in Egg Harbor Township with his wife Carolyn and their three sons.
