His business acumen is demonstrated through his roles as CEO at a Group Purchasing Organization and owner of a local insurance agency and healthcare consulting firm. Thomas has also been active in public service, having served as Mayor and Council Member in Fort Wayne City, showcasing his commitment to community leadership and governance.
