Robert Wells is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, business, and public service. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Shepherd College. Wells has served in various educational roles, including Teacher and Assistant Principal at Robert E. Aylor Middle School. In the business sector, he has co-owned Diversified Building Associates, Inc., and Elite Insulation, LLC/Elite Concrete Lifting and PolyPro Foam LLC. His leadership extends to public service, where he has been a Councilmember for the City of Stephens and a Supervisor for the Opequon Magisterial District on the Frederick County Board of Supervisors. Additionally, Wells has held the position of Director of Safety and Human Resources at Abex Corporation.
