Nicole currently serves as the Commission Chair at Gwinnett County, where she has been instrumental in shaping policies that benefit the local community. Her previous roles include Community Outreach Program Director at Gwinnett County Government and Associate Director at the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services. She has also served as a Community Coach for the Neighborhood Fund at The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta and worked as a Crisis Counselor at Baltimore County Public Schools. Nicole's career reflects her commitment to community welfare and effective governance.
