She completed her high school education at Saint Brendan Catholic High School before pursuing higher education at Florida International University, where she earned both a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Colucci has dedicated her career to advancing education, beginning as a teacher at Miami Dade Public Schools, where she applied her skills in the classroom. Her expertise extended beyond teaching, as she served as a consultant at the University of Miami. She has also held the position of Special Assistant in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, showcasing her commitment to public service and education policy.
