The Ministerio de Trabajo de Colombia, or the Ministry of Labor of Colombia, is a national executive department responsible for regulating labor relationships, formulating policies, and implementing regulations related to employment, labor, vocational training and social welfare in Colombia. Its key objectives include the eradication of unacceptable forms of work, promoting adequate and decent employment, reinforcing social protection, and strengthening social dialogue. It also undertakes the task of promoting, executing, and evaluating national employment policy to strengthen the labor market, social security and labor peace. It is committed to pursuing comprehensive human development and social justice throughout the country.
