Michael T. "Mike" Klimesh is an American politician and member of the Iowa Senate, representing the 32nd district. He was elected in November 2020 and assumed office on January 11, 2021. Klimesh is a member of the Republican Party and has a background in local governance and community service. Klimesh graduated from South Winneshiek High School in Calmar, Iowa, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Luther College in 1991.
