Max White is a current member of the Avondale City Council, having been elected in 2022. Her four-year term began in January 2023. Maxine E. P. White, who is often called "Max," has a diverse background in public service and corporate roles. In her capacity as a council member, she represents the city on the Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority (RPTA), chairs the City's Audit Committee, and participates in the Council Subcommittee for Boards and Commissions.
