Joe Molinar is an experienced public servant with a diverse background in law enforcement and civic leadership. He holds a high school diploma from the El Paso Independent School District. Molinar has dedicated much of his career to serving his community in various capacities. He is a current councilmember representing District 4 on the El Paso City Council, where he works to address the needs and concerns of his constituents. Prior to his role in city government, Molinar served as a police officer with the El Paso Police Department and also held the position of Police Officer/Department Trainer at the Socorro Independent School District. His service extends to the military, having been a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, which underscores his commitment to public safety and community service.
