Ölümden dönen ben, motorun kaymasi,  bariyerlere girmem an meselesi olan ben MOTORDAKI ARIZA KULLANICI HATASI! Honda’nın hatasını kabul ederek bir müşterisini ölümden döndürmesinin sonuçlarını yaşamasını  istiyorum ve desteklerinizi bekliyorum: ) http://i.hizliresim.com/MgoM7N.jpg http://i.hizliresim.com/7X7G6L.jpg http://i.hizliresim.com/P6nbld.jpg http://i.hizliresim.com/D6Bvnv.jpg http://i.hizliresim.com/E6r1vZ.jpg Aynı serviste farklı sebeplerden mağdur edilen cbr125 kullanıcısı arkadaşımın kampanyası : https://www.change.org/p/honda-t%C3%BCrkiye-t%C3%BCketici-haklar%C4%B1n%C4%B1-ihlal-ediyor-hondatr

The blood flowing in Honda’s value chains: When a drive for innovation burnt people alive.

The blood flowing in Honda’s value chains: When a drive for innovation burnt people alive The stories of multinational corporations exploiting basic human rights in third world countries are increasingly surfacing from around the world. Human right abuses by suppliers and partners of Walmart, Nike, Starbucks and other corporate giants cover the front pages of newspapers. Business schools around the world aggressively teach multiple case studies of corporate malpractices in poor countries in order to train a business leadership with strong moral and ethical values. Still, many multinationals do not shy away from relying on their partners in developing countries to ruthlessly put human lives on stake just for slightly raising their already sky-rocketing profits. Even worse, some companies employ extreme measures to hide their malpractices by capitalizing on fragile legal systems and vulnerability of local media in third world countries.  Many prominent names in the community of multinational firms belong to Japan. Thousands of pages in most prestigious newspapers and business magazines laud Japanese firms for innovation and continuous improvements in their operational efficiencies. What is hidden from the beautiful portrayal of Japanese innovation saga is the horrific extreme to which some Japanese firms can go to keep their innovation engines running. A recent explosion that burnt 10 people alive in the factory jointly owned by Honda Motors Company with it its local partner, Honda Atlas, reveals the dark side of the aggressive innovation culture attributed to Japanese firms. The story begins on November 14, 2018 when top management of Honda Atlas, abiding by the innovation culture of Honda Motors Company, experimented to melt and refine aluminum in a furnace originally designed for lead refinement. Refined aluminum is an important component for manufacturing Honda motorcycles and cars. While the demand for the refined aluminum was enormous at Honda, aluminum furnace was malfunctioning. The solution was installation of another furnace which could take 8 to 10 months and the resulting production losses are definitely against the Japanese culture of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. The pursuit of operational efficiency led the top management to coin the risky idea of using their lead furnace for Aluminum refinement. The sources from inside the company report that neither Honda nor Honda Atlas conducted any feasibility tests, chemical analysis, or risk assessment for the experiment even though technical managers within the company as well as external experts advised against such an experiment. Despite all warnings, the CEO approved the experiment and a team of workers and engineers was instructed to arrive early on the morning of November 14, 2018 to conduct the experiment. As soon as the lead RTF furnace was charged with approx. 1200 kg of aluminum raw material, the furnace blasted within an hour. The explosion was so big that the panel room 60 feet away and 15 feet high from the ground was completely destroyed. All workers who were close to the furnace burnt alive at a level of hundred percent whereas the molten aluminum, fire, and fume burnt an engineer and a production manager in the panel room to more than 80 percent. The story of neglecting the value of human lives for maximizing corporate wealth did not stop here. A ruthless race for killing the evidence and securing the brand image of Honda followed the unfortunate incident. The burnt people were put in two ambulances privately owned by Honda Atlas. The ambulances were not in proper working conditions, which reflects a horrible disregard of security and safety concerns at overseas locations of Honda Motors Company. Further, the management specifically instructed ambulance drivers to take burnt patients to a social security hospital with inadequate facilities to treat severely burnt people, even though the best hospitals were within a drive of 30 minutes and some patients also had sufficient medical insurances. Next, these ambulances roamed around roads for three hours before taking patients to the hospital. The families of burnt employees do not find any explanation for this delay other than suspecting the criminal intent by Honda Motors and Honda Atlas to ensure the death of burnt employees before uttering a single word to law enforcement agencies, which could be used against the Japanese firm and its partner. Consequently, six people died without giving any police statement, substantially weakening the legal case against Honda or Honda Atlas. The allegations against Honda receive further strength in light of the case of Muhammad Amir, an engineer burnt in the explosion. Muhammad Amir stayed mentally alert for several hours after he got burnt. He talked to his wife, mother, and brother from inside the ambulance and hospital. Relatives of Muhammad Amir recorded his calls in which Muhammad Amir specifically mentioned that he is going to be fine after medical treatment, what he never received amid suspicious roaming of ambulances around the roads for multiple hours. Muhammad Amir also confirmed that the explosion was not an accident but a deliberate experiment approved by the top management. Despite Muhammad Amir actively talked with his family from inside the hospital, the medical report stated that all burnt employees, including Muhammad Amir, are not in condition to record any statement to law enforcement officials, something which is only explainable by considering the undue and illegal pressure Honda Motors and Honda Atlas put on medical staff. Unfortunately in a country with week institutions like Pakistan, powerful groups can easily use their wealth and political connections to achieve such illegitimate goals.  Muhammad Amir also mentioned a diary in his panel room table containing the log of the carried experiment. When the relatives of Muhammad Amir visited the factory to collect his belongings, the company refused the existence of any such diary. The families of the victims of the horrific experiment point out several attempts by Honda Atlas to obstruct justice using their political influence. As it is easy for powerful groups to manipulate law enforcement agencies, legal system, and local media in a third world country like Pakistan, Honda Atlas left no stone unturned to protect the brand image of Honda Motors Company. The relatives of victims report that mainstream media channels refuse to run any news about the explosion. Many relatives of the victims claimed that the police threatened them to stay away from any legal proceedings against Honda Motors Company or Honda Atlas. These poor relatives believe that they are unable to stand against a powerful and politically influential multinational firm and its partner, both of them can easily control media and law enforcement agencies. People fear that these powerful corporation can bribe police or pay criminal groups to initiate physical assaults or false police reports against anyone raising voice against Honda Motors Company or Honda Atlas. Given that Japanese firms like Honda are famous for the tight monitoring of their suppliers and partners, it is obvious that the incident as well as subsequent malpractices of Honda Atlas are in the knowledge of Honda Motors Company in Japan. It is impossible to even imagine that Japanese firms who are aware of every nut and bolt at the premises of even their smallest suppliers can remain oblivion of 10 burnt bodies in their jointly owned factory. In a world where multinationals take responsibility for the malpractices of their outsourced suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) that are not directly related to firms, Honda Motors is the major investor at Honda Atlas who is supplying money and technology and sharing profits with Honda Atlas. Still, Honda Motors Company did not take any action against the obstruction of justice by its Pakistani partner and continue investing its money, deploying its technology and enjoying resulting profits and innovation gains from the partnership. It clearly indicates complete support and at least passive involvement of Honda Motors Company in these unethical and illegitimate actions in its factory. Honda Motors Company is still enjoying business growth and increasing profits with its joint venture partner whereas widows and minor children of 6 burnt employees are sleeping alone every night, imagining the burnt bodies of their loved ones. Benefitting from the institutional voids in a third world country like Pakistan, both Honda and Honda Atlas are celebrating victories against the families of their burnt employees after successfully shunning every voice against their immoral and unethical practices. Operational efficiency and product innovation are critical for the advancement of human race only when corporations pursue these objectives in an ethical and responsible manner. When corporate profits smell the blood of innocent people, the boundary between businesses and Mafias blurs. Over past few decades, Japanese firms have established a strong reputation as innovation leaders but little is known about the ethical, moral, and human costs of Japanese innovations. The extremes Honda went to hide its malpractices call for deeper investigations of corporate misconducts that companies like Honda successfully bury by exploiting weaker legal systems in third world countries through their local partners. It is unclear how much more blood is oiling the cost efficient engines of Honda and how much dead bodies are buried under the dividend dollars earned on Honda stocks. 2016 Honda Pilot - Upgrade to Android Auto/CarPlay

We understand and appreciate the interest expressed by a number of our 2016 Pilot customers for enhanced connectivity and, in particular, for the application of Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™. Honda has endeavored to bring advanced technologies such as these to its products as early as possible and is among the very first automakers to support both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in its products. It is important, however, to understand that these are relatively new technologies and that development cycles for new models do not always line up in a way that permits their application on all of our products at the same time. We have looked closely at this issue, and with respect to the 2016 Pilot, the vehicle’s Display Audio hardware is simply not compatible with the application of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and the physical update that would be required to make the vehicle compatible would be prohibitively complex and costly. It is our sincere desire that this communication will help customers to understand this situation. Further, we hope that, on the whole, our 2016 Pilot customers are satisfied with all the improvements we have made to the new Pilot, its advanced safety, performance, fuel efficiency and many new comfort and convenience features and technologies. As always, we will continue working to improve and advance our products for the ultimate satisfaction of our customers and we both respect and appreciate the important feedback we have received from our 2016 Pilot customers on this issue.
