Erna Solberg

Erna Solberg is a prominent Norwegian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Norway from 2013 to 2021. Born on February 24, 1961, she is a member of the Conservative Party (Høyre) and previously held the position of Minister of Local Government and Regional Development from 2001-2005. Known for her firm stance on immigration policies, Solberg played a pivotal role in modernizing Norway's infrastructural landscape during her tenure. Recognized internationally, she co-chaired the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals Advocacy Group and has also made considerable contributions in the field of global education. In 2021, she was succeeded by Jonas Gahr Støre as the Prime Minister.
