Dr. Doreen Williams is a prominent member of the Rockdale County Board of Commissioners, serving as the Post 2 Commissioner since January 1, 2015. Elected in November 2014, she has a strong educational background and a commitment to community service. Dr. Williams is a retired educator and former small business owner.
