Cheryl Brooks is a lifelong resident of Pittsburg, Kansas, and has been actively involved in the community as a business owner and property owner. She and her husband Jeff have raised their children in Pittsburg and have strong business ties to the community since 1983. They own and operate several businesses, including Brooks Plumbing LLC, Brooks Rentals, and B&B Mini Storage. Cheryl Brooks was first elected as a Pittsburg City Commissioner in 2019 and re-elected in 2023. She served as Mayor in 2022.
