Bruce Eugene Westerman is an American forester and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Arkansas's 4th congressional district, a position he has held since 2015. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Westerman's political career began in the Arkansas House of Representatives, where he served as a member from 2010 to 2014 and as the majority leader. Prior to his political career, he worked in various engineering roles, including as a plant engineer at Riceland Foods, Inc. and an engineer at Mid-South Engineering. Westerman holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a Master's degree in Forestry from Yale University.
