Bruce Sassmann is an American politician and businessman who currently serves as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the 61st district. Originally elected to the 62nd district in November 2020, he assumed office on January 6, 2021. Due to redistricting in 2022, Sassmann ran for re-election in the newly drawn 61st district. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, he has a diverse professional background. His career includes roles as a funeral director at Sassmann's Chapel and as a convenience store owner.
