Brian Maher is a dedicated public servant with a diverse background in both military and civic roles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from Empire State College and a High School Diploma from Valley Central Senior High School. Maher currently serves as an Assemblymember for District 101 in the New York State Assembly, where he is known for his commitment to his constituents. His previous experience includes serving as the Director of Communications for NYS Senator Bill Larkin and as a Logistics Specialist Petty Officer in the United States Naval Reserves. He has also held local leadership roles as Town Supervisor of Montgomery and Mayor of Walden Village. Additionally, Maher is the Executive Director at the National Purple Heart Honor Mission and has worked as a Sales Associate at Zale Jewelers.
