ASPCA

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing cruelty towards animals. Established in 1866, it was the first humane society to be established in North America and is currently one of the largest in the world. The ASPCA provides a variety of services such as animal rescue, adoption, and rehabilitation. In their crusade to ensure all animals have safe and healthy lives, they also offer programs in community outreach, animal health services, anti-cruelty operations, and legislative work to ensure animal welfare laws are in place and enforced.
