Anthony S. Ford is the Mayor of Stockbridge, Georgia, and the city's first Black mayor. Elected for a second term in 2021, Ford has focused on creating an inclusive, economically sound, business-friendly, and family-oriented community. A retired U.S. Army Colonel, he brings over thirty years of logistics and operational experience to his role. Ford holds a B.A. from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) and has been active in the Stockbridge community since moving there in 2011. His leadership and dedication to public service have made him a respected figure in the community
