ALFREDO DEL MAZO MAZA

Alfredo del Mazo Maza is a prominent Mexican politician who has made significant contributions to public service in his country. Born on December 5, 1975, he is affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He was elected as the Governor of the State of Mexico, one of the most populous and economically significant states in the nation, in 2017. Prior to this role, Del Mazo Maza held several important positions within the government, including serving as the Mayor of Huixquilucan and as the Director of the Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos. His political lineage is noteworthy as he is the son of Alfredo Del Mazo González, a former governor of the State of Mexico, and the grandson of Alfredo Del Mazo Vélez, also a former governor of the State of Mexico.
