AL PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO DEI MINISTRI

The Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, or the Prime Minister of Italy, serves as the head of the Italian government. As the prime minister, they are responsible for ensuring the implementation of the country's political and legislative agenda, also coordinating the work of fellow ministers. They are appointed by the President of the Republic and approved by the Italian parliament. Acting as the link between the president and the government, they are also expected to offer advice and recommendations to the president regarding the formation and dismissal of governments. In international contexts, they represent Italy's government and negotiate on behalf of the country.
