I want to bring your notice to a scam which is going on in several places in India including Ahmedabad.

 

They first entice gullible clients claiming that if they sign up for their membership, they will provide accommodation in 5* and 4 * properties throughout the world. And they charge a hefty amount for that. But once paid either they don’t provide any accommodation or even if they provide, it is not upto the commitment they make.

I am personally a victim. They have refused to honour my request in the month of May 2021 to Daman and Sapu Tara . In November to Gir and Diu. And recently they have refused in the month of December even though I am requesting one month in advance.

I have come in contact with several other victims who have similar story to tell. A rough estimate is the number is no less than 500.

I have already filed a case in consumer forum. They have not appeared in any of the last 3 hearings. 

Strict action should be taken so that they mend their ways.

I urge powerful people like CM Gujarat state to notice their fraudulent behaviour so that more people could be saved their hard earned money.
