This application has been submitted to Gwinnett County to accommodate multi-family use by allowing greater condensed housing:

-22 Acres-

55 Single Family Homes
28 Townhomes

This would directly impact the standard of living that we bought and invested in this quaint corner of Gwinnett County that borders Barrow County.  

This is a direct contradiction to the Gwinnett County Unified 2040 Plans that were updated Sept 2022 with the same zoning as its inception being Suburban Estate Living.

Also, Mr. Lanham on behalf of his client "Gwinnett Development Corporation -

William Austin -President" made a very adamant and alarming statement in his application that carries an undertone that is quite troublesome.
