As a Tennessean, I see the countless benefits that legal cannabis products can bring. They provide health benefits and pain relief to millions of Tennesseans who cannot otherwise obtain treatment. All Tennesseans of legal age should have access to these essential products that dramatically improve quality of life. It's crucial that we urge our TN State Representatives and Senators to vote NO to SB1413 and decriminalize and legalize ALL forms of cannabis, including but not limited to THCa.

Cannabis prohibition severely hampers the quality of life for those who rely on it for pain relief and treatment. Recently, a study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology showcases the medical benefits of cannabis, from reducing pain to treating various chronic illnesses. Therefore, decriminalization of cannabis is not just a humanitarian issue, but also a health issue.

We must voice our needs and our rights as Tennesseans. We deserve access to all forms of medical treatment, and the criminalization of cannabis only hinders our state's citizenry from receiving adequate care. Let's unite and raise our voices.
