The proposed regeneration of Buckskin & South Ham threatens the homes and livelihoods of thousands of residents. This large-scale redevelopment plan will impact 4,600 households, including both homeowners and tenants, as many properties are earmarked for demolition to make way for denser housing and a new nature park.
While investment in our community is welcome, this plan does not prioritize the people who live here. Families who have lived in Buckskin & South Ham for generations now face uncertainty, forced relocation, and the loss of their homes. Instead of genuine improvement, this project prioritizes overdevelopment at the expense of our community’s character, stability, and heritage.
We must take a stand to protect our homes, our neighborhoods, and our way of life. Please Sign this petition to demand a fairer, more considerate approach that listens to the voices of those who will be most affected!
