GOALS: 1. TO STOP DONALD TRUMP FROM GOVERNMENT CENSORSHIP & FROM INSTALLING A STATE RUN MEDIA IN THE USA AND 2. TO REQUEST ACTION & TRANSPARENCY FROM A UNIFIED DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS THAT WILL SERVE TO COMBAT THESE ACTIONS.      

DESIRED OUTCOME OF PETITION:  We request that the Democratic Congress create a website to include the following:  

1. A list of every executive order & piece of legislation President Trump has signed into law since taking office on January 20, 2025. Please include a list of all those he has fired as well. 

2.  A list of every action DOGE has taken since Trump took office on January 20, 2025

3.  A list that exposes any and all fraudulent claims or inaccuracies on the DOGE website

4.  All violations of the Hatch Act

5.  A list of every crime Trump has committed while in office such as sending people to prisons without due process.  

6.  A list of what congress members are doing to combat the attempted demolition of our government by President Trump (court filings, events, talks, television commercials etc.). Please include photos & videos that constituents & media outlets can distribute. 

7. A passionate, charismatic, inspiring leader who will provide a daily message regarding what has happened that day as well as how you plan to address it.

JUSTIFICATION: 

1. There are media outlets (IF they are not censored) where we can go to find out some of what is happening. However, having the above list of information in one spot, would be greatly helpful, especially to those who cannot or do not access multiple social media sites, such as older Americans. 

2. The Trump regime is censoring those who have been strong voices for democracy For example: 1. CNN did not show the Veterans March on March 14, 2025 in Washington & in April, 60 Minutes producer Bill Owens resigned due to losing journalistic independence. 2. On April 2, 2025, several signers of this petition reported that they could not see anything Heather Cox Richardson's FB posts since March 25, 2025 including the author of this petition, 3. Trump regularly threatens our free press & wants control over White House press. 4. Trump is stripping funding & silencing NPR & PBS. They want to silence US! 5. Trump continues to allow unidentified masked men to use authoritarian tactics to silence members of the Democratic Congress as well as universities, Americans and individuals who have lived in the U.S. their entire lives.  

3. Building this website would help create sorely needed unity within the Democratic Congress.  It would demonstrate that the Party stands with the people who support it.  

4. It will be accessible to ALL Americans & help us decide who to vote for in 2026 and 2028.

RECIPIENTS: As of 9/21/25, I have sent individual letters/called/e-mailed the offices of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Representative Paul Tonko (my representatives), House Leader Congressman Hakeem Jeffries,  Senator Cory Booker, Senator Chris Murphy, Senator Adam Schiff, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Representative Jamie Raskin, & Representative Jasmine Crockett.  I have received no response from anyone. More recipients will be added as we get more signatures.   

DELIVERY DATE:  Communications to Democratic Congress Members started going out in April 2025 and will continue until I receive a yea or nay response.  Signers will be notified.
