I am personally living and witnessing the catastrophic effects of parental alienation. It is a heart-wrenching reality that many parents and children across our nation face daily. The absence of laws addressing this issue is a glaring oversight that needs immediate rectification.

Parental alienation not only disrupts family dynamics but also has profound impacts on the mental health of children involved. With both parents playing crucial roles in different aspects of their lives, it's vital to ensure that no child is deprived of this essential bond.

Research indicates an alarming rise in reactive attachment disorders (RAD) resulting from disrupted secure bonds between children and their parents. This disruption often leads to insecure attachments, which can further result in developmental disorders such as ADHD, autism, among others (Source: American Psychological Association).

The lack of specific laws addressing parental alienation allows for continued emotional distress for both parents and children alike. By establishing these laws, we can provide legal recourse for those affected while also raising awareness about this pressing issue.
