Drive with a Heart of Gold is a non-profit campaign to encourage drivers to put down their phones and not drive distracted.

Drive with a Heart of Gold’s mission is to advocate stricter distracted driving laws with more consequences to deter this behavior that injures and kills innocent victims each day on the roads.

Driving while distracted on a mobile phone and injuring or killing someone is a CRIME, not an accident, and laws need to be updated to be as serious as drunk driving laws. 

Driving distracted is a crime of negligence and we need stricter laws with more consequences to penalize the irresponsible distracted driver and protect the innocent victims. 

Pamela, the founder of Drive with a Heart of Gold, is a victim of a driver distracted on their cellphone that rear-ended her vehicle and caused multiple injuries and years of on-going chronic pain and suffering. 

We need better laws NOW for our loved ones, our families, and our precious pets that drive in vehicles daily and are at the risk of distracted drivers. Laws that are not updated to accommodate world changes impose stress on the auto insurance companies, healthcare system, and legal court systems. 

Pamela started the non-profit called DrivewithaHeartofGold.org to advocate on your behalf to legislators in order to protect your loved ones, family, children, and pets that drive in cars daily.
