I pen this plea out of deep concern and commitment to my country, inspired by a life dedicated to the service of my fellow citizens. I am a former Deputy Sheriff, mortician, nursing assistant, a brother, and the son of fearless parents. Raised in a household that stood firmly for truth and justice, I have come to understand that if you take an oath, you have a sacred obligation to adhere to it.

In alignment with that belief, and bolstering the necessity for ethical governance, this petition seeks the termination of any and all presidential actions initiated from January 20, 2025. We insist on the immediate removal of Donald J. Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance and their cabinet(s) from all offices, and their subsequent incarceration pending thorough criminal trials. Their actions are alleged to be direct violations of the Constitution of The United States of America, the very foundation of our country's system of governance.

It is vital we also address tangible assets associated with any potential corruption. Hence, the petition also seeks the seizure of personal and tangible assets related to any criminal activities in which these individuals might be implicated.

As much as we literally live in a representative democracy, our governing officials must remember they are entrusted with the responsibility to uphold that democracy with integrity. Over the years, numerous political figures globally have been held accountable for their misconduct, fostering faith in justice and democratic values. It's upon us to ensure this tradition continues, sending a message that no one is above the law, regardless of their position.
