Hold Renew/Trinity Property Management accountable for neglect

Hold Renew/Trinity Property Management accountable for neglect
The Issue
In late October of 2025, we noticed mice droppings in our unit that were a clear indication of a potential infestation problem. Despite reporting this pressing issue to Renew/Trinity Property Management, their response was dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, their negligence allowed a few mice droppings to escalate into a full-blown infestation by March 2026.
We are now forced to live in conditions where over a dozen entry points remain unsealed in our unit alone. The management's failure to act has been so severe that my family, which includes a minor and a disabled veteran, had to dispose of our furniture—and are reluctantly making peace with the fact that mice have likely taken residence in our couch. This is not just our story; it affects many other tenants within the property.
The issue extends beyond just us. Trash bags are often seen piled up around the property, attracting more rodents. This irresponsible waste management is exacerbating the infestation. Management continues to downplay these health hazards and has yet to comply with the code violation issued on March 2, 2026, which demanded comprehensive repairs within 14 days.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, exposure to mice and their droppings can lead to serious health complications. It's not only a comfort issue but a serious health threat that cannot be ignored any longer. The health and well-being of families in this community hang in the balance due to management’s inaction.
Immediate action is required from Renew/Trinity Property Management to finalize all pending repairs and implement a robust waste management system to address the infestation problem systematically. Only then can we hope for safe and healthy living conditions.
We call upon the local authorities to enforce compliance with health and safety standards to protect tenants. Residents should not have to live under constant stress of infestations due to sheer negligence. Your signature on this petition will urge management to take necessary action to finally resolve these critical issues and provide a suitable living environment for all tenants.
Please sign this petition and help us demand accountability and safety from Renew/Trinity Property Management.
