However, since Ram Krishnan took over as CEO, the company's direction seems to have deviated from what it once prioritized: its employees' welfare. There's a perception that his focus has moved towards filling the shareholders' wallets, leaving the front-line employees struggling.

Systemic changes rolled out nation-wide have created an untenable work environment, pushing away loyal employees who have dedicated decades to PBNA's growth.
